SPANA Wednesday Noon Flow/Chill

Enjoy our weekly mid-day, beginner-friendly, all male nude yoga flow, then slow down tempo for a restorative finish and partner poses. All Levels welcome; be prepared by hydrating before class- this is a real workout! This is an inclusive community; be prepared to pair up with your classmates for partner poses. We have mats at no extra charge; a SMALL hand towel is recommended. You may bring a yoga mat- DO NOT bring a foam mat, as it is not intended for yoga. By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge the following class and ticket policies: No Refunds, no exchanges or transfers. All phones must be turned off during class. All students must arrive early or risk being locked out; class begins promptly at time listed. IF this is your first time to the studio, you will need to contact Michael well in advance at 470.213.8571 for specifc directions; you will enter building from parking lot side.
