      On The Same Breath Summit

Ready to increase breathing fluency in your school? Join in for the next level Deep Breath Initiative sweeping across Georgia, United States and beyond! YOU are invited to a complimentary On The Same Breath Summit at Georgia State (our beloved partner) January 11th from 9-12.More and more noble teachers, counselors, administrators and other royal leaders are heeding the call to transform their classrooms and become strong and radiant catalysts of change in the world. Which is why we had to go beyond Georgia and create the On The Same Breath community for you to continue to connect and learn powerful breathing tools. Learn the new 4 breaths for 40 days sequence designed to Get It Together and help with Anger Management. Here's to *Tapestry Charter for creating the name of the sequence and here's to all of the schools on the breathing tour that expressed their desire to learn how to manage their anger and frustration. We will review the 4 Rise Up breaths as well. Learn how to help students manage undesirable habits associated with anger and anxiety and harness healthy actions. This allows renewal, repair and regeneration individually and as a classroom unit. [May cause partial or school wide noblility and unexplained shifts in perspective and performance.} This is an invitation to teachers, counselors, administrators, superintendents, students and parents. Thank you for being part of this deep breath initiative, part of the shift, part of the conscious community. It doesn’t matter if you think of yourself as a breathing or mindfulness teacher…you’re here to reinforce a new revolution — one where you and your students are happy, creative and fully alive. One where you know how to manage uncomfortable emotional surges. Our classrooms can have more spaciousness, radiance and beauty in it. We just need deep breathing practices and connection with our students and each other to make this happen. For more information on the Deep Breath Initiative please visit http://onthesamebreath.org *All of the new techniques are hand drawn by Tapestry Charter's High School student Carter O Connell. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Students who are training to become Breath Leaders for their classroom or school are welcome.
