Spontaneity! Hilarious! Incredibly Fun! Through games and scenework, students learn how to perform improvisational theatre: acting without a script. In addition to learning valuable stage techniques, students strengthen their communication, teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving skills. These tools carry over into other types of acting; they also help in life outside of theatre. Improv classes at the Good Acting Studio will help your child actor be more in the moment, use their imagination to strengthen their performance, and have a great time! About the Instructors: Paige Steadman grew up in theatre and music. She started her theatre career with Offshoot Productions, first in an apprenticeship and then acting, teaching, composing, and musical directing. She has worked with the Georgia Renaissance Festival, The Academy Theatre, The Atlanta Radio Company, and more. For more information, go to https://paigesteadman.com/. This class includes a Co-Teacher, Adult Improv I Instructor: Dylan Easley.
