GEMS Presents: Beginner Coding for Girls @ Kennesaw (ages 10-14)

Girls aged 10-14 years old are invited to explore the world of coding at Kennesaw Library with Carrington Parks. Carrington is a STEM Magnet student at Kennesaw Mountain High School, a longstanding participant of Cobb County Library’s GEMS (Girls in Engineering, Math, and Science) program, and graduate of Girls Who Code. In this program, girls will learn about coding, how to code games in Scratch, and the importance of women in technology.

For girls aged 10-14 years old. Space is limited for this program and registration is required! Please register for the Kennesaw Library program by emailing Kate Jacobson: kate.jacobson@cobbcounty.org.

Is this time inconvenient? This program will also be offered at the West Cobb Regional Library on the same day (June 8th) from 2:00pm-3:30pm.
