Alliance Theatre Season Opening Night Gala

Join the Alliance Theatre for dinner, cocktails and a performance as we celebrate its 2012/13 Season and Pearl Cleage’s world premiere, "What I Learned in Paris." Cleage’s new play is a romantic comedy set on the night of Maynard Jackson’s election in 1973. A fictional story based on actual events, "What I Learned in Paris" takes a look at the important social changes of the 1970s through the comedic lens of love and politics.

This season's Opening Night Gala is presented by North Highland Worldwide Consulting and is co-chaired by J. Veronica Biggins, Ingrid Saunders Jones, and Vicki R. Palmer. Sponsorship and ticket sales for the Gala directly support the work of the Alliance Theatre. For information on being a part of it, contact Lindsey Hardegree at 404.733.4615 or lindsey.hardegree@woodruffcenter.org.
